My name is Coach Shawn I'm a ISSA certified Personal trainer, Strengthen conditioning, and a Fitness coach. I have been a coach/trainer for 28yrs. Football, basketball and track are my preferred sports. I've coached little league, high school and semi pro football, for men and women. I am currently coaching women's tackle football with The Mile High Blaze WFA "Women's Football Association", and youth basketball.
As a coach I am very knowledgeable of my craft. If your goal is to take the starting position on your team. I'm what you need! If you want to learn the game of football / basketball and you’re ready to work, I'm your coach. If you're needing to be fundamentally prepared I'll get you there and then some. Teaching, Coaching, Training is not only my craft it's my calling.
My specialty is not just being able to train you up physically, but my ability to teach you how to mentally, believe and love yourself during the process.
Sports, teaches a lot of different things that will help you throughout life.

I have 25 years of coaching experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate is $40 per session. Or $100 for 3 sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I started working with kids since I was thirteen years of age, as a junior counselor at an christian camp. And I started coaching football at 19yrs old.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every type of kid. Including kids with special needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Each moment is unique. If I'm teaching a student something new that they didn't know before they met me and I see them ues it. That's one of the greatest feeling of all time.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would make sure they enjoy and express their love and a true passion for their craft.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why do I want to do this? What's my goal? Am I willing to do what it takes to achieve my goal or goals? And understand that anything worth it takes hard work!
