What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Usually when working with new athletes I start with a full assessment of their current level and goals. We then design a plan to help the player achieve their goals. No goal is outrageous. I will do everything I can to help them achieve their goal whether it be making their high school team or playing in college or even professionally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former professional player and college and high school coach with 25 plus years of experience. Current position specializing in functional movement and athletic performance. Driveline and OnbaseU pitching and hitting certified.
