My name is Jamel Jones and I’m from Denver, CO with SoCal roots! Basketball is my vehicle, my purpose and my why. It’s how I’ve learned to live life and my vision is to use basketball as a way to be a voice of reason, trusted resource, and positive influence to the world.

I played semi-pro for three years with the Denver All-Stars while helping to expand my parent’s property management business. I was awarded the Most Improved Player (MIP) in 2020, became a GripSpritz sponsored athlete, and was ready to propel myself into the international basketball market.

In May 2021, I attended the NUBA International Showcase in Rosarito, Mexico where my team won the championship and I was awarded MVP. With my first international experience accomplished, I continued to find my way in - attending Ambassy International’s NBA Skills Camp in August 2021, participating in Tijuana Seguridad (Cibapac) training camp in September 2021, and then playing in the TBL for the start of the 2022 season with the Bakersfield Magic.
