Hi, I'm Rachel. I started teaching yoga in 2016 after becoming a certified yoga teacher. A couple of years later, I got into teaching mediation after realizing meditation doesn't come easily for everyone.

When I became unemployed after covid, I knew it was time to pursue my healing business full time. Now, I help my clients breakthrough limited beliefs keeping them stuck.
