What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Coaches Evaluation, at this stage I review the athletes attributes and physical challenges, there is a level of athletic ability that insures that I can achieve my goal as your coach. Once that is established. We can begin the work of building a better athlete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a world Class Hurdler, with aspirations for the 1984 USA Olympic Team, followed by becoming the Men's and Women's Sprints and Hurdles Coach at the University of Colorado at Boulder, creating the first women's hurdles champion in 1985, setting a collegiate record that would for a decade at UC Boulder. I provided Nutrition for the starting entire starting lineup for the Denver Nuggets 2008-2009 that yearwe progressed to the NBA Western Conference Finals.

Pricing is specific to the athlete and his or her athletic goals, it is recommended to participate in ongoing sessions for the best results.
How did you get started teaching?
After my quest to the 1984 Olympic Games I devised a high impact cardio program designed to achieve explosive starts, stamina and endourance giving you the edge on competitors.

I have coached on all levels of athletics, from High School, NCAA, NBA, MLB, and the NFL
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have attended the NFL Combine and NBA Allstar week and NBA Finals, and had the pleasure to meet and greet with some of the top athletes and prospects in the world.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a coach that has the professional pedigree to train you safely, and has the knowledge to achieve your atletic goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be committed to your training goals, stay realistic in knowing hard work is a life regiment, needed to succeed in everything, becoming a professional athlete is a lifestyle of sacrifices and commitment, if you believe in you, then I believe in you!
