What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first time we talk with someone, we have a 15-minute discovery call. This helps us understand our customer, their challenges and goals. Next we recommend the service we believe is the next best step, whether it's an individual session, a class, or a physical repair. If we are not the right solution, we will provide recommendations for other resources.
