I have been a performer and teacher for the last 30 years. As a performer I have released 6 albums, played on many more, and opened for the likes of James Brown, Parliament Funkadelic, Fishbone, G-Love & Special Sauce and numerous others. As a teacher I have taught privately and at the same performing arts high school that I attended. My goal is to provide a strong musical foundation for students and use their interests and goals as the guiding light for our lessons.

I truly enjoyed working with Duncan and he was able to give me many tips and tricks
during our lessons. He understands the rush to start playing songs but first helped me work
on my initial technique to better my skills in the long run. He is very knowledgeable and
easygoing as an instructor which is helpful for learners. Thanks!

Only one session in and I can tell Mr. Duncan is a great music instructor. With his pace and
calm demeanor, I could not have asked for a better instructor. He gave me the
encouraging feeling that I could be a great guitar player tomorrow. I still have a long ways
to go but I am definitely looking forward to our next session.

Duncan has a very clear passion for music and teaching, and it shines through in the

Im only a few lessons in with Duncan, but I am very comfortable passing some praise to
