What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the student for their firearms experience so I can adapt their experience to the course material. This process appreciates the student's experience (or lack of it) and makes the course more applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NRA instructor for several disciplines including basic pistol, Personal protection in the home, and CCW. I also teach the NRA basic rifle course. I am an NRA law enforcement handgun and patrol rifle instructor. I have a master's degree in security and risk management, and am studying for my doctorate in strategic security.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a flat fee of $150.00 for each course. The price includes range fees and, if needed, a firearm for the live-fire portion.
