About
I believe that the initial carefree/creative phase of making art is the most important part. You can always perfect your work later, but you need to get those emotional strokes down first as that’s what will resonate. I strive to help people release their artistic inhibitions and worries of the world with a “no wrong answers” approach followed with a “let’s make it perfect” finish.
The creation of art is a theputic expression of one’s soul. Helping people find and develop their own artistic style is a beautiful thing for both the teacher and student.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we determine what they are trying to accomplish so we can develop a lesson plan accordingly. Maybe you’re trying to improve a certain skill or learn a new medium, but the most important part is to develop your own style and artistic process for creating art. Everyone’s art should be just as unique as they are, let’s find out what makes you special!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting my whole life, art feeds my soul. I have live painted and exhibited at hundreds of different shows, events, and galleries across the country. To this date my biggest show was for over 10,000 attendees at a 3 day run for the Bassnectar Freestyle Sessions at the 1st Bank Center in Brookfield, CO. You can see my work in person at the Denver Art Society in Denver’s Santa Fe art district. I’ve been taking art classes since I was kid. I first live painted, exhibited and sold my art in the 5th grade. I was top of the class for all my painting, drawing and design classes while I was at Michigan State University getting my bachelors in marketing and economics.
