Having trained in photography for over 20 years and owning my own portrait photography business for 6 years now I have a vast knowlege of all levels of photography. Whether you're just picking up a camera for the first time or if you're wanting to hone your skills, I can help! I have proficiency in both studio lighting as well as natural lighting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied photography formally in college and then have continued my education over the last 20 years. Owned my own portrait photography business for the last 7 years.

$25/half hour
$45/hour
All lessons requiring me to travel to the student will be a minimum $45.
How did you get started teaching?
I've tutored Math (my major in college) for over 15 years so I've developed my skills at explaining information and how to solve problems for many year. This experience translates directly in teaching someone to improve their photography!
What types of students have you worked with?
Everyone from kids to adults - beginners to intermediates.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I got married in April 2018! It was a blast!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try to get as clear as you can about what you're looking for from the lessons. That will help both you and your teacher be successful!
