Trent's Images Photography
About
I have been photographing weddings, professionally, for almost 14 years. I actually got my first camera when I was 8 years old, and started learning photography as an art. I definitely have a very unique look to my images. With technology the way it is today, just about anyone can get access to the same equipment I use and use it to create decent images. In my images you will see something, a bit my own flare to how I shoot. I like to describe it this way. I’m looking for moments, I’m looking for emotion, I’m looking to tell the story. In my images I try to create a mood. I want them to say something about the people being photographed, where the event took place and what the day “felt, tasted, smelled” like. You will see a lot of bright whites, rich color and intense blacks. I like contrast, saturation and effects that make images jump. I also like to play with negative space, and the use of misdirection.
When teaching, I let the student guide the interaction - I want people to get what they need out of their instruction and I'm there to guide and serve; but not do for. Talk to me about what you need and I'll help you decide if I can help you - or you should look elsewhere.
