What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will first learn what the player wants to develope with their game (hitting,fielding,etc) and develope a lesson plan that revolves around that set skill.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played 4 years of college baseball at University of The Southwest in Hobbs New Mexico. I hold the record for the second most games played in school history with over 170 games played in my career. I had a career .300 batting average and a career .980 fielding percentage playing both Second Base and Short Stop.

How did you get started teaching?
I have played baseball for 19 years and would like to pass on my knowledge so I started wanting to teach.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Me and my team beat the second best team in the country back to back years my freshman and sophomore years of college.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you are passionate about baseball and wanting to learn and get better then having a teacher or coach with great knowledge is always helpful.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What their goals are, their skill level, and how often they want to work with them.
