Studio 21 Dance
About
SassiFit is not feeling good in your body right now because we believe you can't hear yourself into a version of yourself that you love. Our workouts are fun enough they don't feel like a work out, engaging enough, that you stick with it, and effective enough that you will notice, increase in energy, metabolism, confidence, and quality of sleep.
I love my job because I love dancing, and I love helping people feel better about themselves. I believe we use what we are good at to make the world better, and I am great at this. So, by helping my students feel better about themselves I create ripples that I see creating change. Not just in the lives of my students, but in our community.
