Our mission and vision is to Enlighten the inner master from within each and every person who arrive here to Namaste Studio. In this way we witness a veil of Illusion: a veil of lack and limitation ultimately lifted so the inner child is set free to relieve anxieties & unempowering habits so as to accomplish their Big Hairy Auditions Goals, and live the life of their dreams. We do this through the vessels of Integral Hatha Yoga, TRX, Pilates, Human Universal Energy, and NLP life coaching.
