Quest Self-Defense is a martial arts school located in Longmont, Colorado, focusing on the needs of adult students. The classes are aimed at providing real-world applicable skills through self-defense martial arts. Not being a place for competition or belt ranks chasing, they accept students who are open to new ways of understanding, and willing to grow and become the best version of themselves. Please note, they do not work with children under the age of 14.
