While coaching 3rd...player of mine stole home on a routine throwback to the pitcher from the catcher.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Always choose the Coach who absolutely loves what he/she does.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Think about your goals. What you can achieve and do with in your skill set...work toward something specific. Like hitting or pitching. Build your routine and expend your regime. Continue to grow and progress, while adding other skill sets.
