Ages 14+
1 HOUR = $100
This includes a personalized throwing program, stretching routine, band routine, video analysis, and bullpen. A catcher is provided in each bullpen session
Youth (6-13yo)
1 HOUR = $75
This includes a throwing program and bullpen. I will focus more on the basic fundamentals of throwing and pitching. It will be mechanics driven with the intent of instilling the proper habits for their future careers.
