Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In the first lesson, I evaluate the players swing mechanics and overall athletic ablity using various hitting drills and slow motion video. Every player that works with me goes through a specific Swing Mechanics training regimen. Starting with Phase 1,2, and 3 of the swing. This helps build a professional baseball swing from the ground up. The foundation. After the first lesson I will ask what are the goals of the athlete. It is not only my job but my absolute passion to watch athletes I teach grow as great players and individuals.
