I focus on a deep coupling of the mental skills to go with the physical skills needed to be one's best self on the court and off. My services are geared towards individual and small group training. I base my coaching and curriculum on an individual basis to make sure the athletes I work with are growing towards their goals and aspirations.
Basketball was my first love and my passion has only grown as my journey with the game has continued. The athletes I work with always get the most authentic experience there is and I love the opportunity to teach and learn more along the way. Seeing the success of my athletes is the best reward the game can offer me, and I won't stop learning to make sure I can be the best asset to my athletes and see them reach their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take the time to really understand all of my athletes' goals and ensure we are creating a plan they can buy into. Once accomplished, I like to study and see them in action before diving into the hard work in store.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a college coach for 2 years and spent 6 years coaching athletes K-12. I have worked with college athletes preparing to play overseas professionally, as well as current pros in their off-seasons. I study film to improve myself and to furhter sharpen my athletes game and techniques.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes from K-12 who play school and AAU along with collegiate and professional athletes between seasons looking to improve and stay game ready.
