I been dealing with baseball sent I was a baby . Is in my blood. My Uncle play pro in PR in the 60s. I star playing at 11 and coaching at 21 . 2 time Puerto Rico champ and 1 time Caribbean Series champ as a player also play class A and AA in PR. As a coach have 6 league championship 2 City champion and 2time runner up in the island of PR. In USA I have experience with ITS program in Norwalk , CT. , Hank Yanks baseball out of Fairfield, CT. , Rookies Baseball Dom Atrio out of New Haven, CT. And actually working with City Angels Baseball todays days.
The satisfaction of working with youth and adolescent is so fulfilling. Knowing the you making a difference on somebodys life is awesome. Helping them to reach there goals and dreams is something that I love to do.

Get to know him better and try to find out in what level he is and what he will like to work with. If Defense or Offense and from there we make a working plan .

I will said my 40 years in baseball and my 20+ years as a Coach.

How did you get started teaching?
Is a passion the run in my blood and I love teaching and studying the game of baseball . Yes , after 20+ years of coaching am still learning new stuff and tricks. The game is evolving and we have to evolve with it.
