About

I have been doing individual workouts for the past 12 years for basketball players of all ages. What I provide, for youth basketball players ages 6-12 is a high level skill work out similar to the individual skill work we provide for Collegiate Men's Basketball Teams.

My experience in basketball is not only limited to coaching. As a former Division I player as well as professional in Europe and the NBA G-League; I have developed a wide range of drills to improve skill while also developing competitiveness and fitness.

In my individual workout sessions, players will have access to equipment and facilities used by collegiate athletes. This experience provides young players with confidence in knowing that the drills they are doing produce results that can be seen directly at a higher level. My coaching and drill experience also come from 12 years as an Associate Director of Skills Camp, Inc. in The Greater New Haven Area. Recently, I have founded and directed Haven 4 Hoops - a sports management entity aimed to assist basketball enthusiast through skill development and consulatsyion. Please contact me for more details.

Student athletes should think of which basketball situations they are preparing for.  They should think of what specific improvements they would like to make respective to their position.
