Hello I'm Shawn.

My expertise in training comes from a vast background. I have played sports at all levels. College Div 1 athlete in Soccer. I have also played Baseball on a Jr. College level that was ranked 1 in New England. Basketball and Hockey are also my strongsuites.

Most importantly I can meet you where you are at,mentally, skillfully and the approach needed to move forward. ⚽️🏀🎾🏐⚾️🥎⛳️🏒
