About
I am a former collegiate basketball player and current assistant women's basketball coach at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford. In addition to coaching at the collegiate level, I also coach AAU basketball and have been providing private individual and small-group training for the past several years.
My coaching philosophy is built on mastering the fundamentals first. The best players I've played with and coached aren't always the flashiest—they're the ones who excel at changing speed and direction, consistently knock down open shots, compete relentlessly on defense, and win the battle on the boards.
Every athlete is different. Rather than forcing every player into the same style, I tailor instruction to each individual's strengths and areas for growth. Whether it's refining shooting mechanics, improving ball handling, or developing defensive skills, my goal is to help players become more confident, fundamentally sound, and effective on the court—not change what's already working.
Lessons are designed for players of all ages and skill levels who are looking to improve their game through focused instruction, hard work, and attention to detail.
