We offer an exceptional schedule of group yoga, barre and belly dance classes. Also offer private and semi-private lessons and appointments for therapeutic massage and thai yoga massage. All in a beautifully designed studio in a historic village setting on the Farmington River.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We love new students to start with our 30-day unlimited group class intro. This allows them to explore any of our 15 teachers and 35 weekly classes to learn what they love the most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers are all trained in Yoga Alliance recognized schools in a 200- or 500-hour training program.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons and Massage appointments are sold as single sessions or in packages of sessions.
Your first massage or private yoga lesson is always $59 (+ sales tax for yoga lessons). We also offer ongoing rates membership and additional sessions:
Monthly Membership for Massage or Private Yoga is $64 / month (+ sales tax for yoga, 12-month membership term required)
A 60-minute private yoga lesson is $82 (+tax.)
A 60-minute therapeutic massge is $82 (no tax.)
A 60-minute Thai Yoga massge is $82 (no tax.)

How did you get started teaching?
Our studio has been in business since 1997. We have over 15 teachers offering weekly classes.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with both beginner students that are brand new to yoga all the way to experienced yogis. We offer classes designed for any level of practice.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We love everyday. Our students are great and we have created a wonderful community experience at our studio. You won't feel judged in our classes but you will feel welcomed.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try several teachers or classes and discover which work the best for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Consider what you'd like to change in your life and how important it is to make those changes. Keep that firmly in your mind as you begin, It will carry you through the days that you don't feel like practicing.
