Burak Gocer offers flute, piccolo flute, piano and music theory lessons with over 15 years of teching and over 17 years of performing experience.

Burak Gocer started his music education in early childhood with private piano lessons, later, when he was 11, he started to music conservaotry in Edirne / Turkey. Afterwards, he won the Ankara State Conservatory audition for bachelor degree.

After he graduated from Ankara State Conservatory of Hacettepe University in 2006, in 2008-2009 session he was invited as flute instructor at the Fine Arts High School of Edirne the city where he was born.

In 2009 he won the audition of the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali "Orazio Vecchi - Antonio Tonelli" in Modena/Italy, to gain his master degree. Here he studied in the flute classes of Andrea Oliva, Michele Marasco and Gabriele Betti. In 2011-2012 he studied at well-known academy "Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia" (Rome) where well known flute virtuoso Andrea Oliva teaches. Later, he studied in "Accademia Pianistica di Imola" under Andrea Oliva and Maurizio Valentini in 2012-2013.

After he gain his master degree from Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali "Orazio Vecchi - Antonio Tonelli" he went back to Turkey.

During his education in Turkey and Italy, ha attended to many concerts in Ankara, Edirne, Modena and Rome.

He attended to the master classes of well-known flutists such Andrea Oliva, Sir James Galway, Emmanuel Pahud, Claudio Montafia, Yossi Arnheim, Raffele Trevisani, in Turkey and Italy.

After he went back to Turkey in 2013, besides he was giving recitals, he was teaching privately and playing also as substitute flute player in the orchestras in Turkey.
