About
I provide the best basketball training in Connecticut. I love what I do. Every detail matters. I think now a days trainers and coaches get caught up in the money and business aspect of basketball. We tend to forget that this is about growing our youth. There is SO MUCH MORE to basketball than just picking a ball up. All kids should have the opportunity to learn the game the right way.
I enjoy seeing the athletes I work with actually try their hardest. Working hard will cost you nothing at all. As long you stay the course and actually want to truly get better, there is NOTHING you cannot do. Every step, every shot, and every dribble matters. I love seeing the athletes I work with actually see there hard work translate into the game, it is truly AMAZING!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every Athlete should first realize that NO ONE in this world can force them to want to get better. They have to truly want to get better in their own heart. I train my athlete based off of where they are in their game. Not every athlete learns the same or has the same role, but ALL athletes that train have one common goal in mind, THEY WANT TO GET BETTER. I find weaknesses in an athletes game and we build from there. We work on perfecting their strengths as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I played College basketball at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. I was not the best on the team. I graduated with my degree. Even though I wasn't good enough to go to the next level, I still did not want to separate from the game. That's when I got into studying the game from the other side.
