What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All students are treated as new because certification is every 2 years. Most people will not have practiced or used their CPR skills so it's almost like starting over each time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION and AMERICAN RED CROSS CERTIFIED. I AM ALSO CURRENTLY STUDYING TO BE A RN. I WORKED IN EMERGENCY SERVICES AS A POLICE DISPATCHER FOR THE CITY OF MOUNT VERNON FOR OVER 10 years.
