Frequently asked questions

I start out by finding out the client's goals and their time frame.  The next step is finding out more about the client and their background.  I'll also usually ask about their current fitness level.  The first session is what gives me the best idea of skill and fitness level.

I got started training during the summer of my first year at UCLA.  I stayed after to prepare for preseason and take summer classes to get ahead.  While I was training a parent asked me to train their child and that's how it started.  Gradually, I started offering more services as I developed my coaching style and philosophy.

I have worked with pro, collegiate, high school, and middle school level players.  I have worked with both girls and boys.

The most recent event has been being able to work with Hartford Athletic as their fitness coach and preparing them for the season.

Do your research.  Make sure you get along with the coach and that you are seeing results.  Remember, you get what you pay for.
