Analysis and evaluation of current skill level to best assess strengths and dificiencies. Direct communication with parents and students to tailor developmental plan and best understand expectation level.

All-State, 1,000 point scorer in High School.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been involved in basketball my entire life.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students of all ages. Not only my own teams, but numerous camps and clinics. Developing my own children's games. My oldest son is a Division 1 player. My daughter is also projected to be a Division 1 recruit.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Choose a teacher with real experience. Not a self-proclaimed guru.
