I am originally from Stamford CT. I have Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion & Exercise Studies and I'm also a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have experience in playing and coaching basketball. My specialties consist of core strength, footwork, change of direction, overall strength, basketball specific, explosiveness, general fitness (weight loss/weight gain), sports massage and stretching.
