Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After your initial assessment, every day will begin with warm ups + stretching. Depending on your customized training program tailored specifically to you, we get straight to work. After stretching is Skills Training. This will be customized to fit your needs in all areas that need our focus. High intensity circuit training incorporating skills drills will drastically improve your game + push you to your limits. If you want to get stronger, quicker, leaner or increase your explosiveness, you've finally found the solution.

How did you get started teaching?
Out of my love for the game, I have offered private basketball training sense December, 2008. I have trained athletes from age 12 to age 21. I have never had a disappointed client and look forward to continuing that success in the future. The majority of my clients were trained in Montgomery County, NY. I have trained dozens of athletes who were cut by their JV or Varsity team and training with me gave them the knowledge and tools to continue improving their game even after our sessions finished and the next year they made the cut and became valuable contributors on their team. With over 9 years of experience in private basketball training, I guarantee genuine results or %100.00 money back.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained athletes both female and male, from age 12 to age 21. Often times, my clients are grades 9-11 who were cut from tryouts and want to improve their game to make the cut next time.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice to any athlete looking to hire a trainer is be sure they are giving you accurate information.
