About
I have been training, developing, and mentoring youth baseball & softball players since 1995. My passion for working with young people stems from a calling to serve others and build relationships on trust. I am the owner of HitDr Baseball & Softball Training Systems, Area Scouts Regional Evaluator, Area Scouts Northeast Hitting Director, Head Coach of the Diamond Zone College Prep Team, and a Professional Hitting Consultant.
Mastering the skill of development training is something that is ongoing for every coach, my network of baseball & softball professionals is vast and stretches across the country. Everyone in my network is open to sharing ideas that help our players grow and we all learn during the process.
I have completed thousands of lessons, trained thousands of players, coached teams from age 9-college level, and hold certifications in hitting, pitching, and catching development. I am also B.A.S.E. (Biomechanics, Athleticism, Sequence, Endurance) Certified which means my athletes are run through a comprehensive movement screen to help identify injury risk and then the athlete is provided with corrective exercises to maintain the best chance at staying healthy.
