What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a 3 step training model.
(1) I like to incorporate drills that target improving a client's speed, agility, explosiveness.
(2) go through improving basic player skills (ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defending), and then.
(3) move into more position specific/advanced individual moves drills (spot up shooting, shooting on the move, driving to score/pass, pick and roll, pick and pop, floaters, reverses, euro steps, etc.).
My drills are specifically to get you better prepared for games, to improve your situationally awareness, and to make you a better player, not better at doing drills.

For Group Sessions (2 - 4 people), $30 per person/Session
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with ages 7 - 22 (elementary school - college athletes)
I can train all positions on the court and can tailor my workouts to target specific team principles.
