We are a family owned CPR & first aid training company who trains students in American Heart Association protocols and certifications. We enjoy teaching CPR to new and returning students because it truly makes a difference! We are now also offering ACLS training! Keep the Beat has been training students for well over 17 years now. Our instructors all have years of emergency medical service experience (some also have firefighting experience) so they have used CPR many times before and are able to share some of their experiences to better illustrate the importance CPR. We offer classes in the following locations: Stevensville, Severna Park, Columbia, and Capitol Heights. We look forward to working with you!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All of our upcoming classes are posted on our website, www.ktbtraining.net. As classes are being scheduled, they are being added to our website - so the list of continuously being updated. Students have the flexibiliy to register for classes that work within their schedule as we offer at least 2 classes per week. Students can register for classes directly through our website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors all work and/or volunteer in the emergency medical services and firefighting fields so they have ample experience and even have to maintain these same certifications! Our 2 ACLS instructors are paramedics so they have been renewing their own ACLS certifications for years now. You will be receiving training from instructors who utilize their CPR and first aid training all the time!

Standard pricing is as follows:
BLS Provider CPR/AED - $75
BLS Provider CPR/AED and First Aid - $95
Heartsaver CPR/AED - $60
Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid - $95
Heartsaver First Aid - $60
Skills Evaluation for any of the above certifications - $50
ACLS Initial Certification - $250
ACLS Update Certification (renewal) - $175
