About
We are a world class recording studio and multi media company with thousands of successful productions in both the artistic and commercial world in both audio and video production. We have been in business since 1988. I come from a long line of teachers and have an excellent track record with students. Students will learn real world techniques in both audio and music production. Lessons will be tailored to what the student would like to learn but they will also be given a strong foundation in recording technique. Our equipment is world-class we have the latest version of ProTools HD and have beautiful spaces to work in.

90.00 per hour of lesson, recording lessons are approximantly 1.5 hours oer week.

I’ve taught music and recording from an early age
What types of students have you worked with?
All types, but prefer hard working ones who do the work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The last record we did for Lena Seikaly and Steve Herberman, a jazz duo of extrordinay musicans. We also enjoyed doing live sound for the Hyattsville Arts Festival and the Chestertown Jazz Festival
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure their work is good. Listen to the samples on the teachers website.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do you want to do this. Recording artists is intense but rewarding. The student really needs to have a strong desire to do it. You should have an interest in all kinds of music and even non musical recording.
