I teach private piano and flute lessons to all ages. With a DMA in Music Performance and 9 years of teaching experience I provide my students with one of the finest musical educations and experiences. Students gain valuable musical skills while learning to appreciate music.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have new students prepare and bring music that they have been working on previously to their first lesson to get a sense of their level. This helps me to decide what materials to start with so that I can make accurate recommendations that we can use for the student's course of study.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on my DMA in Flute Performance at Catholic University and have a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music degree in Flute Performance and minor in Piano. I have been playing the flute for over 15 years and have lots of experience performing in symphony orchestras and pit orchestras.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $60/hour and $35/half hour plus cost to travel for in-home music lessons. If there are any questions about my pricing please don't hesitate to send me a message and ask.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching about eight years ago.
