I have been involved in the musical performing arts since I was 10 years old. I have since been a very disciplined student of Western Classical and Jazz music as a trumpet player. For the last 25 years I have devoted my life to being a multi-instrumentalist, learning a vast diversity of musical instruments and styles from all over the world. My main focuses have been in Indian classical sitar and related string instruments, tabla and the art of Indian drumming, Arabic bellydance and trance drumming, and indigenous tribal healing musics.
