Volleyball With Maddie
About
I am a rising senior at the University of Vermont (UVM) where I play club volleyball and am a captain/president of the team. We are completely student run so I plan tryouts, practices and conditioning for the team. I make line-ups for matches and balance playing on the court while running the team. This past year, we played 3rd out of 35 teams in our league. I went to Walt Whitman high school where I played JV for 1 year and Varsity for 3 years and was a team captain for 2/3 years. I also played on the co-ed team for 2 years and was cpatain for 1 year. I played club/travel ball for 3 years for MVSA. I currently play as a setter, but have experience as a middle hitter, outside hitter, opppsite hitter, and have a strong knowledge of all positions. As a setter I truly understand how each position works. I love volleyball and am passionate about teaching younger players skills as well as spreading my love for the sport.
