What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I access the skill level. I access strength level needed for sport. Then I set a workout plan. We implement the plan. Then we make necessary adjustments that are needed for maximum success of the plan to accomplish the goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Business Management. I have a teaching certification. I am a certified Life Coach. I have coached at the high school level. I have been an assistant Atheltic director. I have taught middle school and high school for twenty years. I have been support staff for counselors and school administrators.
