My focus is to help develop hitters to have success at the level they are playing at and to improve their approach and mental game when it comes to training.
I love to listen to my hitters on what they want to improve and build their confidence every time they step in the batters box.
Watching a player develop and getting better gives me passion to help them become the best version of themselves.
