I am a hitting coach and have been developing hitters for over three years.
My focus is to help develop to understand how to move their body and to be able to have a swing to have adjustability, to have their barrel staying in the zone and through the zone for a long time and to challenge them that way once they get to the game it feels easier.
I work a lot on approach and the mental game as well in hitting, as I always say confidence is key.
I do in-person and remote coaching for hitters.

Coach Ephraim is a great hitting coach. Hes patient and is able to break down proper mechanics in a way that my 10 year old can understand and translate to the field. He provides exercises to do in between lessons and genuinely cares about his players. Hes honest but encouraging. My sons travel ball coach has made a point to acknowledge the improvement he has seen in my sons contact and frequency of line drives.
