I provide the correct fundamentals and foundation for infielders to succeed and get an opportunity to play in college or professional baseball. I use an approach that allows the kid to realize his mistakes and make adjustments.

Throughout a baseball career, a baseball player needs to understand what he is doing wrong and how to correct it. Still, if a child is never taught the correct fundamentals in the infield, they will not be able to understand what is wrong or right. I also teach the mental side of playing the infield, which many people do not or do not understand the process of what it takes mentally to be able to play in the major leagues.

My whole life, I grew up playing and training with Manny Machado, and once I got into my college career, I was fortunate enough to train in the summer with Francisco Lindor and Manny. Exactly what Francisco Lindor and Manny Machado do in the infield is what I teach because it is what I did throughout my baseball career to allow me to master shortstop.
