~ 1 Hour long session dedication to shooting. Players will work on form and a variety of different game situational shots.

~ 1 Hour long session that will cover all aspects of your game. Everything covered translates to real game situations.
- Speed & Agility Traning
~ 1 Hour long session with the focus on improving players fundamental footwork, speed, and lateral quickness.
