About this pro

As a firm believer of Yoga is for everyone, we aim to encourage people to simply Add Yoga to their daily lives.

You don’t need to change anything.
Feel the difference...

In mind, body, and spirit

- I have been practicing yoga for almost 5 yrs now. I fell in love with the asanas first, just like most people who started yoga. I eventually added pranayama and meditation practices into my daily yoga journey. My passion for this practice is greater than life itself, and I want to extend that passion by guiding others to start and/or continue their own yoga journey however way they choose to.

-Certified 500HR Yoga Teacher

-Reiki Master Level 1
