About
E-RYT® 500, YACEP®
I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. I cater to everyone with different goals and needs incorporating functional mobility drills to better understand how the body moves. Recognizing our tendencies and limitations to create space for range of motion and to find balance connecting breathwork and meditation for whole intentional practice.
I love progress. However that may be for you. Some progress are unseen like improved breathing, managing anxiety, better sleep etc.
I encourage students to create space for full self-awareness (body, mind and spirit)
I also offer a SELF-PACED 200-HOUR ONLINE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING to those who either want to deepen their personal practice and/or become a yoga teacher. Becoming a yoga teacher after training is optional. You can take this training for personal reasons alone, whatever that may be.
I offer group and private online classes
