No matter how many books you read, the only way to walk is to learn how to stand.

Studied graphic design at Auburn University at Montgomery

How did you get started teaching?
After graduating high school, I bought my first DSLR and enjoyed every minute of it. I learned all it’s bells and whistles through YouTube and snapping photos just outside my house. This taught me everything I needed to know in order to pursue film.
Then along came college. I enjoyed some of its courses and met some good people but a college degree was not the key for me to make a living. It's my portfolio revealing that I have what it takes to get the job done.
Since that day I decided to spread my knowledge so people could live doing what they love free of student loans.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A real photographer puts their money to their equipment. Not a college degree.
