Not every trainer or coach is capable of both demonstrating their expertise and effectively communicating it. I have achieved significant success as a professional athlete in golf, lacrosse, and skiing, completed two Ironman races, been a member of the United States Olympic Team, and I currently support other athletes as a mental and physical peak performance coach. I share all the knowledge and experience I've gained as both an athlete and mentor through my incredible journey and career as both an athlete and coach.
