I am a 1100 hours trained Yoga teacher (500+200h RYT certified) with background in Fitness, Education, Nutrition and Health/ Wellness (certified personal trainer). I teach Yoga in a holistic way with focus on the body-mind connection.
You just need some space, yourself, some water to drink and a device with internet connection. Furthermore a mat will make the practice more enjoyable.
I succeed when my students succeed. I learn from my students while they learn from me. And I just love sharing what I am passionate about. It is an enriching exchange.

I am offering personal (or group) Yoga classes online.
This has the advantage that you can take your yoga class at any place of your choice, even if you are currently travelling. Timings are flexible to.
Nevertheless, once booked, your yoga lesson will be binding.
As a well-trained teacher, teaching you personally, I can respond individually and holistically to you and your wishes and requirements.
Your practice can be designed to master mental or physical challenges in your everyday life, or just to enhance your wellbeing and happiness. You let me know which challenges you face or which goals you have. I will then explain you what I can do for you and teach you the techniques you need to reach your goals.
It is my aim to give you insight into Yogic knowledge and Yogic practices with which you can change your life positively.

I was into Fitness and completed my training as a Fitness trainer and nutrition expert in 2015.
In 2016, after being inspired and working with a bunch of Yoga teachers in a Yoga retreat in Spain, I began teaching Yoga myself.
One year later I completed my 900 hour advanced Yoga teacher training in the oldest Yoga school "The Yoga Institute" in Mumbai, India.
The focus here was on teaching in a violent free and safe way. On teaching yoga as a healthy way of life rather than gymnastics.
Since that I dive deeper into the wisdom and practices of Yoga every day. Yoga is transformative and holistic.
Meditation and mindful practice have changed my life. And they can change anybody's life.
I want to share the impact of Yoga with people eager to learn and practice for better health and wellbeing.

I first started occasionally replacing Yoga teachers in the gym where I used to give Pilates, Fitness, Trampoline and Back Gymnastics classes as a fulltime Fitness trainer. Soon the students and I loved working together so much that my boss let me give my own Yoga classes and workshops.
After having completed my 900 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and having spent several months volunteering in teacher trainings and spiritual places the focus opened up to the many important underlying mental aspects of a yoga practice as well.

Important is that your teacher focuses on safe practices. Yogic practices are powerful. They can lead to injuries and illness if used wrongly. But there is a lot of potential of inner and outer healing if used properly. Also every person and every body is different. A teacher has to individually show interest and react to the personal needs of the student. But most important: You have to listen to your body. Does the practice you learn feel right? Does it feel good and give you the desired results?
Before talking to your teacher find out what you want to change in your life. And find out what you can invest to get what you want. What is it worth for you to give in exchange for the result you are wanting. How much time can you spend and how much money is it worth for you. Think about the direct results but also the long term effects of the change that you're going to make in your life.
