My typical process of working with a new student is knowing the kids first , knowing the stuff that they like.make the new student feel welcome crack joke with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When's it come to my training I have no such education's about this type of work. But I am a sports fanatic I play a lot of sports I know the routine of squirts that's the only type of knowledge that I have plus I like working with kids 2 prepare them for the next stage of life
