Talin has been creating and designing for over 25 years. Her work can be seen all over the world. Her internationally acclaimed fabrics featured in Architectural Digest, Coastal Living, Veranda, Florida Design, international design centers, luxury hotels and many many more. Her work has also been featured on ET Hollywood, and The Martha Stewart Show.
Talin's Studio has two goals in mind. The first is to offer different, very exclusive and custom made products. This goal is easy to achieve. Our advantage is that of creating our own designs.
The second goal is our exceptional years of experience, knowledge and the best of art techniques, creating products unique to our excellent customers. Services Provided

Talin has been teaching art to children and adults for 30 years. Her unique methods make learning and enhancing your skills fun and exciting. Many of Talin's adult students are now selling their own work on a professional basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
They may call me to schedule their class. I will give them instructions on what they will need to bring, which is very simple, and not a lot of "stuff".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Fine Art and Music.
I studied privately in Europe, acquiring certificates in areas of study.
I have a Florida Teaching Certificate.
I have 30 years experience teaching adults and children.
I have 30 years experience as a professional artist in the art and design field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For the Saturday Morning Classes which are ongoing, they are $35.00 per person per class. The class is from 10am-12:30pm. This class is for beginners to advanced and all mediums are taught.
My private one on one coaching to advance your artistic ability:
6 week course intensive
$500.00 This includes painting supplies. Each lesson is
3 hours in length. This course is for all ages, all levels and all mediums.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching when I opened my first studio in the 80's in North Carolina.
Even though I started painting professionally and designing custom fabrics to the trade, I had a large demand to teach.
My methods are classic, yet I have created a curriculum and method which makes it fun, stressfree and easy to accomplish.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Call the teacher and ask about their experience, methods, and ask to see some samples of their work, as well as their students.
